Is it true that there are more than 50 million men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction throughout America?... Yes, it certainly is but what about the women in their lives? Where do they stand?--How do they feel? The truth is that many women suffer from your problem just as mush as you do. There are numerous things you can try to help keep her happy. The #1, upfront and most important thing to be sure of--is to let her know it's not her fault. This will ease the tension and may keep her from feeling like less of a woman. many men are finding that their issue with ED, is often related to certain medications. If you have ED and you're taking daily meds, you may want to talk with your doctor about alternate options, if there are any. this could assist you and your partner in a healthy, long-lasting relationship. Research has shown that many men with ED don't get adequate exercise. This can also cause other serious health related problems. When it comes to women, they tend to blame themselves or feel sad and angry. Talking and paying attention to her needs can greatly increase the health of your relationship or marriage in general. Remember, she struggles to deal with your ED as well. Spend quality time with her and talk about the problem together. Keep in mind that she needs satisfaction in the relationship as well. Never take medication for the problem unless your doctor has agreed... Here are some tips to help you and your partner with your problem..Have a happy relationship... 1. Go for daily walks together 2. Always share meal-times 3. Talk with your doctor 4. Exercise regularly 5. Eat a proper and well balanced diet..
